Kioti 2520 pedals are loose/no pressure

I was using my tractor today in the snow. The pedals just went to the floor. I am sure it is some type of linkage, does anyone know what I need to look for to repair this?

I don't know anything about that tractor specifically, but if it's the hst pedals, look up at them underneath the tractor and see if the return spring(s) are still there. Maybe they are hanging, fell off, or broke.
