Make sure to check the torque on the loader bolts, 7 on each side. They are M14-9. I
checked mine after seeing the split lock washer on two of them loose. Retorqued all 14 to 125 ft. lbs. All were a little to a lot loose. I have 22 hours on my new Kioti 3510 SE and all of it is with the loader moving about 70 yards of dirt from my neighbors yard to mine. New pool dirt. The front bucket pivot points need frequent greasing.

I think you're supposed to retorque them at 10 hrs, then every 50.

I actually re-torqued mine yesterday, at about 15 hours. They were indeed loose but not near a much as yours, most only took 1/8 to 1/4 turn. I too have noticed the pivots at the front seem to require grease almost every time I use the loader, the "plates" on the side jiggle a bit after about an hour of use.

I have a co-worker that has a Branson 2400h, about a month ago he was moving some wood in his bucket and said the loader frame was moving around. I asked when was the last time he re-torqued the mounts, tractor has just over 400 hours, he never did it. Needless to say most of the bolts were sheared off and only a few loose ones held it on.
