On The DKse models, there are adjustment rod links underneath the deck, connecting the pedal to its respective valve. Those linkages can be adjusted to reduce/increase the effective distance of the pedal. I would imagine your 4510 would be similar. Be careful however, if adjusted to much, the tractor may drive ahead/reverse as soon as she's running and in gear.
I think I have around 1/4 pedal travel distance of free play?
To be safe, and by the book, call the dealer and ask what the measurements for your specific tractors HST pedal adjustment rods should be. There will be a picture in the workshop manual showing the pedals, links, stoppers and the distances in mm for which they should be adjusted to. Just ask for a printout of that page.
