- John Deere 1050
Long time lurker, first time poster.
Currently have a John Deere 1050 and there are some things I really like about it. (Built solid, simple, reliable, etc.) It痴 been a great first tractor, but I really need something with a loader and a more comfortable seat haha. Ideally I壇 like something that had mfwd, loader, shuttle (no hst) 45hp, something I could install a third function on and run a grapple and between 15-20k.
I went and looked at a kioti dk4510. They look nice and if I get a trade in with low hours,it would check all those boxes, minus the 3rd function and grapple. Plus being able to finance helps. Still some part of me would like to find something that was older and didn稚 have as much plastic on it. I really like how simple my 1050 is.
I bush hog 40 acres and maintain about a 1/4 mile gravel drive way. Got a lot of brush piles I壇 like to not move by hand and a big rock pile, I壇 like to start moving away from the house.
Interested in any advice and 1990+ tractor models that you guys recommend, that could check those boxes. Appreciate any help.
