Kioti CK25 HST
Hi All

I just got my CK 25HST returned to me from the dearler with my new KB2365 Backhoe attached. The backhoe is mounted on a sub frame. For the installation, my dealer removed the 3PH components (top link, lifting rods, lower links, etc) from the tractor.
What I'm wondering is if it's always necessary to take all that stuff off when I've got the backhoe mounted up ?

I'd like to be able to switch between the backhoe and my other implements fairly quickly.

My initial measurements show that there is enough room between the backhoe seat, the subframe mount, and the backhoe itself to just leave that stuff installed and positioned in such a way that it won't interfere with the backhoe.

The backhoe manual does not say one way or the other.

What is the SOP on this.

Thanks,

John

Congrats on the new backhoe, I have the 2375 and probably have half of my hours of the tractor on the hoe. I believe mine came with all that still attached to the tractor. I'll try to double check and get back to you, but I'm 99% positive that it will all fit on.

John
i have a ck20hst with the same backhoe. all of the 3pt equipment stays on the machine with and without the BH. I'm not sure why they took it off in the first place, but there is no reason not to have the 3pt system ready to go...
good luck

Yes you can leave the 3 point arm on however MAKE SURE YOU ARMS ARE ON TOP OF THE FLOOR BOARD OR OUT WIDE ENOUGH SO YOU DON'T BY ACCIDENT RAISE THE 3 POINT AND BEND THE FLOOR BOARDS.

I have the KB2365 on my CK20 and the 3pt arms stay on. I lift them up all the way before mounting the backhoe, which I just did today.

You can see the arms just above the floorboards in this picture:

Hey John great purchase you will absolutely love it. I am amazed at my kioti hoe its great. When I purchased mine I brought it home in my truck and installed it myself. The dealer told me I would have to take all that stuff off also. He was wrong it all fits just fine. I do take the upper link off so it doesnt rattle around it won't hang in the hook with the seat down. I drop my lower links amd use them as a step although they clear all the way up. I hope everyone has helped answer your questions and have FUN!!

On my CK30hst with KB2375, I never take off the 3pt arms. Not needed. As mentioned, I take off the top link so it doesn't hang and rattle and I have the lift arms above the foot rests of the bh in case I bump the 3pt lift control.
Have fun, I mean working with the bh. I know I do.

I have a CK30HST FEL/BH2375.Last year I left the 3 pt arms ect. attached and everything worked fine.Yesterday I put the backhoe back on, and this time I removed the 3 point lift arms ect. It only takes a few minutes to remove them so I would not to be sliping on them when trying to get on the backhoe with your shoes wet. Either way it works just fine. One item I did find out was it is a lot easyier to put the BH back on with the 3pt removed to see what is going on.;)
