Kioti Brand Implements

I am considering getting a tiller, box blade and/or a middle buster to redo my yard. Probably only one or maybe two of these items and I have a question. Who makes the Kioti branded implements and why buy Kioti vs. another brand. I'm not in construction, just a homeowner with a CK20S HST TLB toy trying to learn more about big toys. Thanks

My Kioti dealer had me buy Landpride over the kioti brand, said it was better built. Don't know if thats true or not but Landpride has a following.

My kioti finish mower is a 2003 and it was made in Italy. It seems to be of very good quality. My bush hog is also a kioti, but I don't remember where it was made. It also is well made.

Kioti implements w/ the exception of the tiller and finish mower are made by Tarter Gate Co. in KY.. In my opinion, lower quality stuff compared to Land Pride or Woods. They are more compared to what you find at TSC, Rural King, etc..

Although the Kioti stuff isn't 'bad' it's simply not the same quality as Woods or Landpride. If your the kind of guy that buys most of your stuff at TSC anyway, you won't find a difference, but if you want stuff on the same quality level as your Kioti, don't get their implements:thumbsup:

In my worthless opinion, Woods makes the best attachments, Land Pride second. While better than the Kioti stuff, not as good as the other too. If you really want a good deal on attachments, go to Rosseels Farm and Garden (Rosseels Farm & Garden Supply, Inc.) in Chesterfield, Mi. I'm lucky enough to have them near me, but they ship all around the country. They are supposed to be in the top 10 Woods dealers in the country. They sell at near wholesale, ridiculously low prices. Some things I've seen are thousands less than places I've compared at. Really good people as well.

I have a Bobcat CT230 which has the Rhino 7TL Loader on it. I also have a Bobcat Box Blade which is made by Rhino. I have no complaints. Well built, nice welds, good performance. My 2 bits.

I can comment on the Kioti box blade and Kioti landscape rake.

For my tractor I purchased the 8' box blade and 8' landscape rake.
The BB is a BEAST!! Very stout and HEAVY!!

The rake was a piece of junk! First one fell apart and was warranted. Picked up 2nd one and promptly sold it.

I would definitely buy another BB, but no to rake.

Agree, the Kioti/Tarter BB's are heavy duty, the rest of the implements (by Tarter) are not.

I have had my CK20 along with a Kioti kb2465 backhoe for four years and I can tell you that the Kioti backhoe stands second to no other in my opinion. This attachment has dug stump after stump and has not so much as leaked a drop of hydraullic fluid. I don't know who makes their backhoes but I would take another one any day and if I ever upgrade I would not hesitate to put another Kioti backhoe on my new Tractor.

Just as a clarification, there are KIOTI Attachments, and there are KIOTI Implements. The KIOTI Loaders, Backhoes, Mowers, and Tillers are NOT made by the same company that manufactures the 3-point implements.

Also the Kioti attachments now are not made by the same company they were a few years ago.
Tarter started I believe 2 years ago.
Before they were Midwest brand
