I recently inherited a 2006 Kioti CK20H with a KL120 loader. I did some research on loader crack issues, and there was a problem with the KL120 loader cracking where they drilled holes into the torque box area in the middle of the loader to receive the inspection plate screws. By doing this, it compromised the the strength torque tube box.
All six screw holes of my loader have cracks extending into the box and will not hold the screws of the inspection plate any longer as a result. I have documentation from the previous owner that a bolt on repair kit was offered, but this loader does not have that kit installed. The serial number of my loader falls within those that could have had the torque box cracks
If anyone has any leads on one of these kits or any suggestions for repair, it would be great appreciated. I have attached a photo of one of the cracks.

I am thinking of simply just fixing it myself. That has been my inclination, too. The fix I envision is a rectangular piece of 1/2" steel plate with a rectangular hole cut into it. I would make this as large as will fit INSIDE the cross-tube. The rectangular hole would be slightly smaller...
