:thumbsup:New Here have had tractor with FEL for a year now. Slowly on my small budget to add new equipment.

I have a Kioti CK35 Hydrostatic Drive tractor. Just bought a King Kutter II 60" tiller with PTO slip clutch on sale. Other tillers were out of my price range and not much good used I've seen at auctions or for sale.

I would like to add a quick hitch (QH), but am stumped by all of the people saying KK does not work with them, unless you cut, weld, etc. to make them fit. I can't weld, don't know anyone who does, and have poor eyesight, thus QH would be nice, although the PTO hookup I heard is more difficult. Yes, grew up on a farm, but never worked with 3pt equipment. Used IH H and M models. Fairly mechanical, reading manuals sucks for me, so wife reads and I work. Cold beer at hand when frustrated.

Can anyone give me some good advice on a QH product, that will work with my CK35 and KK 60" tiller without modifications and on a reasonable budget price?

Hope I'm not asking for too much. I also heard, using a QH you do not have to cut the PTO slip clutch tubes. Is this true to not? Hate to wreck things.

I would like to add a brush cutter some time in future, when I can afford it, most likely would be KK product again.

Thanks and have been reading, very informative forum.

Greetings and welcome to the forum from Kentucky. I've spent a lot of time in Eau Claire, lovely area.
I have a Kubota about the same size as your Kioti, and use a similar, but simpler quick hitching system, see pic below from the manufacturer.
I run a six-foot KK II tiller, which should have the same hitch geometry as the five-footer. The system works with it, though there is very limited space around the lift pins on the KK II, so your mileage may vary.
I did not have to cut the PTO shaft (I assume that's what you mean by tubes). The length is appropriate with or without the quick clips installed on my lift arms.

I have a Kubota L2800 and use a 4' King Kutter tiller. On my tractor I have the CountyLine® Fast Change Hitch System (link below). There is somewhat limited space to hook up the PTO anyway and cannot imagine using a Quick Hitch and trying to snake it through.
CountyLine® Fast Change Hitch System, Pack of 2 - Tractor Supply Co.

Just be advised the Carter's that are in the photo that foodplot posted will not extend your lower links as they sit on top of the links, but the countyline fast change (a copy of Pat's ) will extend your lower links about 4 inches and could require longer PTO shaft tubing if you have already cut it. It may or may not, but it is a possibillity. You may or may not also need a longer toplink with this system also. Neither of these systems shown will make the top link connection. as only a 1 piece quick hitch will do that, but then this is where you get into making sure all of your implements are standardized and will fit your 1 piece quick hitch. None of these 3 quick hitch ideas will hook up the PTO shaft for you.:)

1 piece quick hitch link below.

I run a quick hitch by speedco about 120 dollars and it saves a lot of straining on hooking up equipment most new equipment will say if they are quick hitch compatible or not take a tape measure the width of lift pins on equipment and compare this to lifting hooks of hitch if it falls into specs there you go I use a bracket to attach top link instead of the hook maybe a little less room to hook up pto shaft but everything else is so much easier. I can say take off my land leveler and hook up to tiller in less than five minutes. I would send photos but haven't figured this out yet.

I just ordered the weld on version of the Carter quick hitch.
I think it will work well for my uses.

I had a 1 piece quick hitch (Speeco) in the past and did not like it.
