Kioti CK3510H Sticky Bucket Hydraulics

I have a 2017 CK3510H Kioti. When I work the tractor and bucket extra hard and long (2+hours) the joystick/hydraulic controls to the loader become harder to use. When I raise or lower the bucket the joystick/hydraulics will "stick" in that position until I forcefully move the joystick back into neutral position. This has made several situations dangerous. I had the dealer do the 50 hour service to the tractor and asked this same question. Everything checked out normal and they didn't have a good explanation for what was going on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does the quality of hydraulic oil make a difference? Does hot hydraulic oil affect operation?

can you see the linkage connection at the directional valve spool? can you disconnect this linkage to isolate the valve from the linkage? do this with the tractor off and the loader on the ground. Now try moving the joystick to see if it feels smooth. Do the same to the valve spool. Joystick should move smoothly with no binding. Spool should also move smoothly and spring return to center.

Unless the oil is real dirty or thick it should have minimal effect on the spool movement

Thanks oldnslo. I will check this out. Although, the joystick seems to always work freely and smoothly at first. I usually notice this behavior after I have been working the tractor/loader hard for a couple hours.

Can you disconnect the linkage when it is warmed up. Possible something is moving causing binding when warm.

Is this valve a once piece casting or multiple sections held together with tie rods or studs? If multiple sections it is possible that the tie rods are torqued to tight. Maybe ask your dealer to double check this.

UPDATE:

The dealer re-built the paddle valve but that did not correct the issue. They have since replaced the paddle valve (under warranty) and although I haven't given it much of a work out, the symptom has not yet re-appeared.
