Kioti dash controls

I have recently purchased a Kioti lk2552. Doing something electrical trouble shooting I found some wires under dash disconnected and capped off. The piece in the attached picture has been removed by previous owner so was trying to figure out what this piece circled is?

That is the glow plug indicator element. When you turn the key counterclockwise and hold it, the element will heat up and start to glow.
