Kioti DK 45 Parts

There are tractor grave yards all over. You could try Russels tractor parts in TX I believe..somewhere down south. They had a ford part for a 1957 tractor that I needed..it wasn't even on any parts explosions I could find.

Thank you to all of you who tried to assist me. I finally located a gear to complete the repair of my Kioti DK 45. I received NO HELP from Kioti HQ in NC and have scrapped plans to buy a new KIOTI 60 HP replacement for my 45. The part number for the "obsolete" Bevel Gear 16 in the front end of my tractor changed by one digit, 441 to 442. I received no help from Kioti corporate. There was no cross reference in the exploded drawing. Nobody in the US or Canada could find the gear. Except for the Parts Guy at Manchester Motors in Manchester, Maine. Darrell found the part and the problem with the part number in 1 hour. Great work! Because KIOTI Corporate offered no help, I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER KIOTI. In my opinion, the Korean owners could care less about us Americans and our problems with THEIR SYSTEM. Thanks again to those of you who tried to help.

I have a 2006 Kioti DK 45 with 1,000 hours. It is currently in the shop due to a broken gear in the front axle. The specific part is: T4682-43441, Gear 16 Bevel. This part is listed as obsolete when I try to order it from my dealer. I went directly to Customer Relations at Kioti Corporate in NC. A month ago the parts department at KIOTI corporate contacted my dealer and told him that they found two of these parts in Korea. Since this is the second time this part has failed, I had my dealer order both of the remaining parts. After a month, Kioti contacted my dealer and informed him that that part is obsolete and is no longer available.

I contacted Noah at Kioti Corporate Customer Relations and she could not help me with this problem. She is the only person answering the phone for Kioti customers at Kioti HQ. She refused to let me speak with her supervisor and refused to put me in touch with the individual at Corporate Parts Department who had found my part in Korea a month ago. I now have a 2006 Kioti DK 45 with 1,000 hours that is a piece of junk. Kioti Corporate refuses to help me and my dealer has had no luck either.

Has anyone else had problems with Kioti parts? Has anyone had similar problems with Kioti Corporate in NC? I am deeply dissatisfied with KIOTI, I thought they were a better company than this. They can only hide from their customers for so long.

I would say that's a wise choice. Have you tried useing foreign Ebay or some other auction site? Maybe call the company directly in Korea?

Ive never had issues getting parts except for a delay due to covid. My issue with kioti is they change their part numbers alot, snd dont seem to keep a good log of the changes.

What is the root cause for the falures? Glad you found the part. My 1st tractor Yanmar 336D failed the right axle gear. Never had a problem with the Kioti. Just interested in your failure mode.
