Kioti DK35
Hi Folks!

I have a DK35 and have put exactly 200 hours on it. The IP middle gear broke some teeth. The tractor has been down since Sept. 2015. At that time I got as far as figuring out the IP rack was hanging and it wouldn't start unless I moved the rack over towards the right. I went on vacation and just never fixed it. I'm finally at the point where I have to have it running, so here I am. I ordered 3 new gears from Conestoga Diesel Injection, but I believe I have the plungers turned 180 degrees from where they should be. The tractor engine is running wide open. I will check the plungers tomorrow and likely rotate them 180 degrees and test it out again.

Good news, I rotated the IP plungers 180 degrees and the tractor is working great. With the IP slides/roller stop pins facing upward, the plunger slots must face to the left with the slide rail in the middle of its travel.

Do you know what year your tractor is ?
Is it a DK 35SE model ?
Just curious, because so far it seems to be only certain years (2005-2008) that have had the IP issues.
Glad to hear you got it going.

Hi DK35vince,

It's not the DK35SE, it is just a plain old DK35. I know for sure that the tractor was build between 2005-2008, but not 100% sure yet on the exact year. The tractor had 627 hours on it when the IP middle gear broke some teeth. I'll check the frame S/N and let you know.
It was really great to have the tractor running again today, especially since I needed to unload the trailer with 10,237 lbs worth of Paver retaining wall blocks today. I need to pick up the other pallets from Home Depot tomorrow, before they decide to ship them back. You have 7 days to pickup special orders, but they will work with you, if you let them know you can't pick them up within the 7 day period.

My SN starts with 'E', so my understanding is that it was manufactured in 2005.
