Kioti DK50hst cab or Mahindra 5010 hst cab help!!

asked this on Mahindra forum but no responses- I was going to get a Kioti dk50cab with hst but saw a 2011 Mahindra 5010 hst with cab fof $23000- Seemed like a good price for a new unit- Know nothing about Mahindra so trying to read up- How do the 2 tractors compare and is this a fair price for the 5010 hst cab- thanks

The only thing I can see that the Mahindra is missing is telescoping lower links and stabilizers. You could get around that by buying a quick hitch or perhaps the links off a a 5035 would fit on the 5010. For $23000 it seems like a heck of a lot of tractor to me. I have no personal experience with Mahindra tractors, but there are plenty of folks on here who like them. I would drive both tractors and see which one you like best.

$23,000 for a 5010HST with cab is a great deal. I was quoted $29,331 a few months ago. My only concern with the 2011 model you are looking at would be whether it has been sitting outside unused for 2 or more years. Check out the condition carefully. But at the price you were quoted, there's plenty of room to buy a couple of new hoses if necessary.

The reason you aren't hearing anything is because they are out looking for your deal! Stop typing and start buying. I was quoted 34000 for a new 2012 5010 hst last year.

Sounds like a heck of a deal on the Mahindra. I don't know if they offer extended warrant options, like some brands, but getting the dealer to throw in a year or two extra coverage should help with concerns over a tactor that's been on the lot a while.

IMHO,the best Kioti dealer in the state of Michigan is Michigan Iron and Equipment located in Morrice Mi.I have had great dealings with them.They are honest and upfront folks to deal with.Good luck on your search.coobie
