Kioti Fluid Examples

[HK45]

I spoke to kioti, and as of last week they have updated some fluid info that will reflex in the owner manual which will show the following example of fluid to use. Figured I would pass them on.

Engine Oil Recommendations:

Choose an oil with an SAE rating of CC, CD or higher.
Below 32 degrees F SAE 10W-30
Above 32 degrees F SAE 15W-40

Examples of brands:
Valvoline Premium Blue 15W-40
Chevron Delo 400 15W-40
Castrol Tection HD 10W-30 , 15W-40
Pennzoil Long Life HD 10W-30, 15W-40
Quaker State Universal HDX 10W-30, 15W-40

Any universal tractor fluid rated for differentials, final drives, wet brakes, and hydraulic systems enclosed in a common reservoir. Some brand names suggested are:
Texaco TDH Oil
Exxon Hydraul 560
Exxon Torque Fluid 56
Pennzoil Hydra Tranz
Mobilfluid 424

Yeah, but this recommendations are for Kioti's. Bobcat manuals only recommend Bobcat brand fluid, and do not mention specs for cross referencing. Do you think the different paint on the outside would cause it to need different oils inside?

Oh most definitely!

The different paint causes a chain chemical reaction with the molecular structure of the petroleum distillate product in the engine and transmission systems.

Also, the Bobcat stickers are altering the gravitational force with the adhesive power and that cross-checks the internal friction bond with the metallurgical friction coefficient adhesive strengths.

I was a traitor. I love my Bobcat CT225 so much I decided to get another bigger one. I was dealing on a CT450, but bought it in red with McCormick stickers on it. Now you tell me I'll need different fluids again if it's painted red instead of white or orange. I guess the $3000 savings can help me deal with the different fluids for different color Daedong tractors.

You should post some pics of that red version of the Kioti/Bobcat machine. Love to see it. You better go out and buy an even bigger blue version too.

nice looks great. I just seen that was you that asked about my 450 if i was going to sell it.If i would of looked sooner i would of got back to you on that. I really don't use it that much so i was up in the air about selling it.
