I have a Kioti KB2374 backhoe. Recently it started to leak hydraulic fluid. I at first thought it may be a cracked hose, but actually found that it was leaking from one of the hydraulic valves. The valve that cotrols the boom lift. I took the handle off and the top plate and found that the seal was comprised of just a flat plastic washer. I changed this to a rubber -o-ring type washer that fit well. I also changed all the others to this rubber o-ring seal because they too were leaking alittle. When i put everything back together, all the controls worked except the boom lift would not do anything. That control would be the one that had the leak. I have taken it apart again and put it back together and still will not lift. Keep in mind that the only thing I did was add the rubber O-ring seal to this valve and to the others. Everything looks good to me.
Does anyone have an idea of what i might need to do now. It was working fine except for the leak before I changed the seal to fix the leak.
Thanks
