Kioti KL4030 loader shuttering

I have a 2023 kioti ck2620 with 170 hrs. Within about the last 40 hours, the loader KL4030 has started shuttering while going up. I brought it back to the dealer and they put a new hydraulic pump on it and said it resolved the issue. It did not and now the tractor is out of its full warranty. Any ideas what the problem could be? The dealer serviced the hydraulic system again when they put the new pump on it so I would assume it couldn’t be a filter or fluid problem. Thanks for any help!

Have you checked to confirm oil level?

Does the power steering work properly?

Is the shuddering worse when engine is running at high RPM vs at idle?

Try lowering 3 point to see if shuddering changes? On some models if 3 point lever is in full raise position will cause loader to malfunction.

Thank you for the reply! The power steering works as it should. Honestly it’s really hard to check the fluid levels because it’s so clear on the dip stick. It was serviced by the dealer and has continued to shutter since. I would assume the dealer put the correct amount of fluid. I will check if there is a difference with the 3pt up or down. It seems to do it the same rather it’s idled up or down. I feel like it doesn’t shutter as bad when I first crank the tractor and seems to get worse once everything is at normal operating temperature.

Does the loader curl function also shutter if load on the bucket?
