Kioti LB1914 Mystery Toggle Switch

Hello,
My cousin bought a Kioti LB1914 on craigslist last year. He put a 4ft woods brush hog on it and I can't believe how nice of a job it does. The amount of power this little tractor has is hard to believe. As a thank you for letting me use it I told him I would fix all the lights for him. The brake lights and turn signals were smashed and the headlight assemblies in rough shape. I found some turn signals at NAPA which are almost exactly what were on it. I see I can by the headlights for $42 online. The brake lights however seem to be an obsolete item. Anyways I have two questions. 1) There is a mystery toggle switch below the gear shift. Someone labeled it on/off. Does anyone know what this toggle switch goes to? 2) Above the gear shift there is a small plastic access panel with a black knob. I started to unscrew the knob to look behind the panel and the darn knob broke. All it does is spin and spin however the rod it was attached to does not move. So now the panel is partially open. What exactly is behind this panel? Any suggestions on how to get it open now that the knob just spins?

That doesn't look to be a factory switch. Maybe someone had some work lights rigged up on it in the past?

I agree with Tennsawdust - its a switch for an after market lighting kit.

Oh man! Did you twist the black knob to the left of the red knob and the key switch?
That's the third dimension knob! NEVER twist on that or all of time and space will collapse into dust within 24 hours! You've got 3 hours left before the end of civilization as we know it.....
Oh, you said the black knob? Well it's the red knob that should never be twisted!

Can't tell from your one pic. Can we see if there are screws near the top of you first pic?
Also, it looks like you may have to remove the whole large black plate to access behind the panel you refer to.
If someone who has this model could check in that would be helpful to determine if you need to take the panel off, and what the black and red knobs function is...
