My oil pressure light has come on with a slight pulsing in brightness after starting the tractor and does not cycle off. I replaced the oil switch (sensor) with a guage and I am getting readings that agree with the shop manual for oil pressure at idle and when reving the engine. Next I replace the oil switch (sensor) located on the back left side of the engine block and still the light is coming on. What else can be wrong? Does this mean I have a short somewhere in this circuit. Any ideas or suggestions of what else to check would be helpful.
