Kioti LK 3054 three point stopped working.

About 3 month ago I changed out the loader control valve on my Kioti LK 3054 and after that my three point doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried changing the seals in the three point cylinder turning off the loader controls with the shutoff valve to put all the pressure to the back and nothing seems to work. I wanted to get some help on this before I go and tear it apart.

Does the new valve have a power beyond sleeve installed? This is what sends fluid back to the 3pt hitch. Also make sure you did not cross the tank hose with power beyond hose.

Have you tried raising the loader while trying to raise the 3pt?

I don’t know if it has a power beyond sleeve or not I bought it from tractor supply and installed it. I have tried raising them both at the same time and they don’t, even when it was working they still didn’t.

Post a picture of the valve and how it is plumbed if you can. If it is plumbed correctly it shouldn’t do both at the same time. If you have the tank line plumbed to power beyond then it would only see fluid when you use the new valve.

I do not think you have the power beyond sleeve installed at this moment but picture may help.

Do you have any information or instructions with the valve you bought?

As K5lwq said, you're missing the Power Beyond sleeve that goes on the N port of the valve and then the hose connects to the sleeve, so the fluid is just going straight to the Tank/transmission once you try to use the 3 pt. Also make sure the lines are correct as in the line in the T port goes to the transmission housing (Tank) and the one in the N port goes to the rear remotes (if fitted) or to the 3pt.

The Power beyond sleeve looks like this, and you should be able to get it from the place you bought the valve.
