Kioti LK122 loader problems

I have a Kioti LK3054 with an KL122 FEL. The loader doesn't lift to the proper height. It raises about 5 feet off the ground and should go to 8 feet per the loader manual. I replaced the hydraulic/trans oil to the proper level in the sight glass. Still doesn't work properly. The rear hydraulics work fine. There is no linkage to adjust that I can see. The previous owner replaced the hydraulic pump around 2 years ago. There is a joy stick for the FEL and it has a relief valve. The hydraulic control block also has a relief valve. I don't hear the relief valves going off but I'm thinking this could be the problem. Anyone have similar problems? Any help that you can give would be appreciated.

Install a hyd gage in the FEL valve, and take some pressure readings.

Check and see if the gage reads relief pressure when the lift arms are fully up.
