Kioti lk3054 injector help

Hi I’m looking for someone who can help me with my lk3054. I bought the tractor with no injectors in it. The guy passed away and injectors are no we’re to be found. I ordered new injectors and heat shield and copper crush washers. The injectors are correct but i am having a problem with heat shields that goes at the tip of the injector and into the cylinder head. The new heat shields from Kioti bought by dealer part number are too small and do not fit over the injector tip and are lose in the hole for the injector tip seat. Is there anyone who has worked on the injectors and heat shields for the injector who can help me with this thank you.

My parts manual shows just one part number and refer to it as a "seal", E6300-53651. The pictorial shows it as the part you're questioning

Yes that is the part number they sent me and it does not fit the cylinder head or the injector tip

I have an engine with a hole in the block out of my LK2554. It should be the same engine. But there may be different injectors on the 3054. Then the 3054SX is a completely different animal.

I would call Michigan Iron and talk to them about this. They have been most helpful to me over the years.

I do not know the shape of the injectors in my engine as it has been sitting for years out in the weather. I have given the valve cover to another TBN user that cracked his. Other than that it is complete minus the hydraulic pump.

Are you certain you have the correct injectors as they list 4 different injectors for this tractor? The proper injectors are determined by the serial number of the tractor. It makes no mention of different "seals" for the various injectors

Yes you’re correct I seen the different part numbers for the injectors. But the problem is the heat shield is very loose in the hole that is in the head. Normally you have to tap them down into the hole on the head then the top of the injector goes down into the heat shield as you thread it into the cylinder head. With it not fitting the hole in the head and not fitting the injector I’m lost on what to do at this point. I had Kioti mic the top of the all the injectors they had and they were the Same and they even said that the heat shield is not the correct one. If I can find one to go by on a parts engine I can have a machine shop make me some. I really appreciate everyone trying to help me with this.
