You will need to modify the bucket pins.
You will have to grind off the round end to allow the pin to go in far enough to get the retainer bolt in.

Okay- modification to the pin(s) won't be a problem... but what about just getting a set of new pins? Would they work with the older bucket if I need to change back to the 12"??? -You know, the .38 in a .357 chamber kinda' of thing? -BTI posted eariler that, and I quote: "1440, 1550, 2365, 3375, 2376, 2465, and 2475 all use the SAME buckets..." -but there was no mention about the pin "interchangeability".

So any suggestions? -I have somewhat of a machine shop, so modifying a pin or two will be easy. I would just like to make sure I have all the facts and details right before I go shopping at the dealer this coming weekend.
