Traction Kioti NX 4510 only drives backwards

Hello All,
I have my Kioti NX4510 HST now for a month and all went well.
But since I washed it yesterday after work, I can only drive reverse and not forward!!
How can that be? It was working in the field very good.
Any thoughts on this?

Sounds like you got water into a wiring connector. I'd look around for a connector that goes to that travel pedal (forward), disconnect, dry out (and maybe apply some dialectic grease) and reconnect it.

On my Kubota the HST controller is under the Operator's Station. There is one solenoid for reverse, a second solenoid for forward. I speculate electric wire has pulled off forward solenoid, connection is not tight, or there is dust/water in the connection.

I had wire pull off reverse solenoid twice while Bush Hogging in jungle. I installed armor made from expanded steel screen. No trouble since.

On the right side of the tractor you can see the wiring that goes from the pedal potentiometer to the HST solenoids. They are located near the big hydraulic filter and if you have a front end loader (FEL) you may need to look through the loader's hydraulic lines. Look here first for a loose connector or damaged wiring. If the wiring looks to be intact you could have a Forward Relief valve sticking open but on such a new tractor this would be unlikely.

As I thought about this some more, I am thinking you could also have a servo spool that is just a bit sticky and will free itself by just alternately pressing the forward and reverse pedals a few times. It may help to rev the engine up while doing this and move the range lever through its positions as well.

Every once in a while my HST does the same thing, it won't respond to one or the other pedal input when I've selected a different range, but the condition only lasts a few seconds.
