Well, I am coming to you guys once again for more wisdom!! I have an opportunity to purchase a Kioti NX4510 open cab shuttle shift, with I think 314 or 214 hours. Two months left on the bumper to bumper warranty and 4 years left on the power train for $24,500. They are offering me $14,000 for my NH3930 with 1559hours. Salesman said the guy traded it in on the same model with a cab.
My trade has good rubber and everything works as it should. No issues with the tractor, its just bigger and heavier than I need and basically the new tractor will way about 1.5 tons less, so it will be a little easier to transport back and forth and is a little smaller in size.
So, I am asking if this is a good deal or should I go through the hassle of trying to sell it myself and deal with all of the tire kickers and people wanting to waist my time and try to talk me down in price. I feel I could get another $2k for the tractor if I sell it myself.
I will be using the tractor for planting food plots and removing dead or dying trees, stumps etc. My NTD weighs 1000 pounds empty. They (NTD Manufacturer) recommend a 3PH that can lift 1500#s. a smaller tractor (CK Model)3PH states it can lift 1676#s. I think I need a little more safety space while moving from field to field and bouncing up and down hills? Thoughts?
AND GO!!!
Thanks
