Kioti Sticking Hydraulic Pedal

I just about ran off the edge of a very steep hill on my property as a result of the improperly functioning (sticking/not returning to neutral) Kioti hydraulic pedal that has had so many complaints about it on this and other tractor forums. I believe that this is a warranty issue because of the safety concern. I would be very interested in hearing from anyone else having a similar problem. I will be contacting my Congressional representative about this as Kioti does not seem interested in the safety of users of their products!
