Kioti tractor problem with joystick for front end loader

I have an Kioti CK35H where I managed to pull off the joystick socket assembly that controls the front end loader. See photos below. I worked the joystick back-forth trying to get it to move, but turns out that the joystick cables were frozen.

Would anyone have some tips as to how to repair this? Do I need to purchase something? Could I somehow just put the joystick back on?

PS : In the middle of the blizzard here in MA - I was able to get the front end loader operational enough to make a path in the driving using lock wrench.

Hey Chris,

I'm pretty much a N00b with my CK but looking at the pictures you posted & the parts diagram from Michigan Iron & Equipment

Error

It looks like the control lever is held in place by the ball ends and the tension in the cables. Assuming the cables are salvageable looks like all you need are new ball ends (Part # 23 on the MIE diagram).

I would call either my closest dealer or MIE (from my limited time here they seem top notch and very willing to help out) and see what they could tell me.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will be along shortly. Good luck & be careful in all that snow.

We got lucky - had power the whole time and only 31" of powder!
