No it doesn't make you vicious. You would just be relaying your experiance. Do it as a salesmen for another company would seem childish and vindictive to me.
To the original question. Both make good equipment. You will have to deside which is best for you. There is not a lot of differences (in amount of work they can do) between the Kioti 25 and the Mahindra 2615 or 2810. Use them all and pick which fits you best.
