They do seem to do maintenance on the site. There are new models posted periodically. It is a decent, not great, site for investigating the tractors for purchace but the site is pretty useless once you have bought one. I wish they would post pdfs of manuals and other maintenance related stuff for owners.

You got my vote for that one IT - wouldn't it be great? We'd be singing about how great their customer support is, instead of griping.

Listening Corporate Kioti ?

Would it be asking too much if the manuals they posted in PDF format were correct?

I tried to post a testimonial on their site last December after I bough my tractor and I have not seen any testimonial updates at all.
Not sure how often they actually look at their site.

It seems ever since hackers compromised the site there is even less on it now.

I think they did a nice upgrade a year and a half or two years ago but the haven't put any effort into developing the site since then. I'm not sure they even bother to correct errors or omissions much less develop ways in which the website could enhance the ownership experience. You'd think they'd realise that making the site more useful would be a pretty cheap marketing and customer service tool.

Yes. I would really love to order parts on-line, down load parts manual and service manuals.
My DK 45 is down with front end problems and ordering and receiving parts in a *****. I really like my DK 45 but i wish parts were easier to get. Maybe it is just my dealers parts department.
