Kit for What?

Was looking around the elect parts lookup on NH web parts page and found this kit listed( 11A05 WIRE HARNESS MODIFICATION KIT) but I don't know what it is for? Anybody Know? its listed for a tc33d and maybe others.
Maybe for starter sol. coil problem? At times i have to turn key several times to get the starter to engage.


FYI if you select print after you look up a selection, like fuel or seat or anything you will get a DIAGRAM plus parts list of that selection, neat...(if you don't know that already)

Seems to me that you get part 1 - 5.
Who knows. I could be way off. hahaha
