KL 130 REMOVAL

Hi, Y'all,
I'm, having a slight issue removing my loader, I can't get the rear two quick disconnects to come loose. ( aft looking forward,the ones most rear of the tractor ) The front one came loose fine. The collar will slide back but it won't disconnect.

I take it you are talking about remote hyd hoses ? Do you have all the hyd pressure removed ?

sometimes you need to shut down the tractor and move the loader stick in a complete circle to relieve all the pressure in the loader hoses then the collar should move. If its rusted spray some penetrate on it then tap on it lightly with a hammer and it should loosen up.

Yes, remotes hoses, tractor off, moved jou stick around several times. Tried again 2 hrs later, no joy. Red and blue disconnected, yellow and white still stuck, collar will rotate and slide back but won't uncoupple.

Sounds like one or multiple balls are stuck can you rotate the entire coupler with the collar pulled back? You might have to resort to removing the hoses and then removing the couplers from the tractor. Once you get them on the bench you can soak them and try to get them free'd up. Yep that was it, had some stuck balls, just had to lube it up real good, wrapped it with a rag and tapped it a few time with a dead blow. Then moved it around a bit and they finally popped loose. Had a little bit of surface rust on the male side of the coupling. Uses some scotch bright and some WD-40. Good as new. Sorry i didn't update this earlier but been outside all day trying to get some stuff done before the storm move in. Appreciate all the replies and advice. Y'all have a good one.
