I can't help you since in over 10 years and two Kioti's I have never removed a loader. I think it's pretty straight forward, set it down, block it up so it can't tip over, pull the pins, unplug the hyd's and back out from under it.

Inquiring minds want to know...why are you removing the loader?

It is just a smidgin more involved. You will need to fiddle with the controls while powered up in order to knock the retaining pins out. Just need to lift or push down slightly to take the pressure off the pins. Easy to say but takes a bit of patience and practice. Much easier if you have an assistant to pull on the pins while you gently and slowly operate the loader up and down. Needs to be done for each side.

More challenging is to do the same thing in reverse when reinstalling the FEL. Again, patience and an assistant makes it go faster but only the patience is critical. You may hop on and off the tractor or fiddle with the controls standing next to it until you get the pins lined up.

It will make a big difference to remove the loader in a perfectly level spot like a concrete pad or driveway rather than on a slope or rough area. Just be patient and pay attention to what happens with the pin hole movement with different movements of the controls. With reattachment it is not only up and down but sometimes curl and dump to move the loader back or forward a tad that is necessary. Don't expect the first time you do it to be a snap but you'll get it done if patient and after that it is pretty easy.
