KL130 Zerk Size?

I have one of the original KL130 loaders that had the cracking problem. I've broken a couple of grease zerks trying to get the grease gun off and I'am unsure of size. The parts manual that came with the loader calls them PT 1/8" but when I took one out it looks like a 10mm. Have any of you had to replace a zerk. Just found a local source of Schaeffer 238 moly supreme (5%) and I'm going to pull and clean all of the pins/fittings for a regrease.

adjust the tip of the grease gun. This isn't going to help with the broken zerks, but maybe keep you from breaking any more.

I honestly had no idea they were adjustable and I've used them for years. With the way the zerks are recessed there's no easy way to twist the gun off.

They're 10 x 1.0 (fine thread) had to replace a couple of mine, got them at PEP BOYS auto parts in a verity pack. Don't get the ones like you'd get from Harbor Freight and other large part houses.........they're all 1.5 thread pitch and won't work!

Thanks...I have a DK35 that has a couple messed up Zerk's. I end up pulling a good one out and moving it to the bad ones to pump in some grease then moving it back. I have been to the dealer a couple of times and they always give me ones that don't fit. If you look on the site there are numerous posts with people having problems with finding the correct Zerk's. I am really curious to see if I can find a 10 x 1.0. and if it will fit.....

They won't really have the thread pitch listed, just look at them and look for 10 x (fine thread). A 1.5 pitch will look look similar to an SAE 20. The metric pitch could be a 1.25, it's hard to discern a 1.0 from a 1.25 but all the zerks on my Kioti are the fine thread.

Thanks guys I ordered a pack of 10 on eBay for $5.99 with free shipping. Just search for 10mm zerk. I pulled all of my pins this weekend to clean and regrease with 5% moly. I was tempted to drill those grease holes in the pins all the way through instead of just having one hole that releases grease around the pin shaft. First time I ever removed the loader and it really was easy off and back on in about 5 minutes each way.
