KL1730S loader

[Case 830]

I have a 2007, DK65s with a 1730S loader. When i bought it, two of the 1 bucket pins had been replaced with 1/2 bolts and another 2 had the keepers broken off. I don稚 think the guy owned a grease gun.

I put one inch hitch pins in for now but the old bushings had to be driven out as they were badly damaged. They were destroyed when i took them out but they basically looked like copper pipe. About that thickness.

I ordered new greasable pins from Kioti and was told there were no bushings in that model loader and so they couldn稚 supply them .

Does anyone have a link to where i could find a part number for them?

Not familiar with that model loader, but if Kioti says it doesn't have bushings, maybe the prior owner put in makeshift bushings (from copper pipe) to take up slop from the bolts? :scratchchin:

Have you received the greasable pins yet from Kioti?

I have not received the parts yet. I ordered from M I and E.

It seems Kioti is down this week for an inventory. Shipping next week.

We received some pins for a headache ball at work and they cam with the bushing on them. Maybe ill get lucky and they are sent as a unit.

Pins arrived. Threaded at the end where the bolt/keeper screws in. Not threaded at the end drilled for the grease fitting. No bushing. I can cut threads for the grease fittings though i find it odd that it came like that.
