Loader KL4010 bucket bolt on hooks

Good Afternoon,

KL4010 loader bucket on CK3510SE HST.

Has anyone used Kens bolt on hooks for their loader bucket? or something similar to Ken's.

Would like some feedback, lessons learned, which Ken's hook you used, etc.

Concerned with what appears to be a double wall of steel on the top of the loader.

Rick - I was too. I ordered several hooks and eyelets from Ken's Bolt-on Hooks. Well made stuff. All buckets are a little different. Mine (on a Kubota B2650) had about 1/8th to 1/4" between the bucket and the quick attach assembly. I contacted Ken and he said they were working on a shim kit to put in between the space. They also did a partial circle cut-out because where you set the hooks on the top of the FEL half the whole ends up only contacting 1/2 of the lower plate. He sent me a set of shims - No Charge. They worked great. See picks. Hope this helps

If the top of your bucket is double layer like mine is, you will have to weld hooks on it. I used Ken's weld on hooks, clevises & backing plates.

We covert the double wall thing on the FAQ page at the website, in short we generally do not recompensed them for that application. Plus, I believe, on the bucket used on the 4010 in addition to being double-walled, the two surfaces are on different planes so getting the nuts and washers to sit flat would be impossible if you could get the holes drill straight.
