I am close to pulling the trigger on a CK2610 or CK3510se. Initially, I was happy to see the KL4030 loader was a new offering. I saw where some other folks had likened it to the KL4010 in lift capacity and felt the same myself, especially as an improvement option over the KL2610 on the CK2610. I was looking at the Kioti website today, however, and saw that the capacity listed for the KL4030 seems to be at a height of 59 inches, not the full lift height. If that is right, then lift capacity to full height is considerably less than the KL4010 and, in fact, may be around the same as the KL2610 loader given that 59 inches is a couple or more feet short of the full lift height. Am I correct in this? I'm a newbie as far as loaders are concerned and would like some helpful advice. This is my first tractor buy and the lift capacity of the CK10 series was a big plus point in my mind over comparable Kubota tractors, so this would be an important factor in my consideration. Thanks in advance.

Interesting question, and easier to respond to if you would have provided the specifications from Kioti. I've provided them below. First, Kioti is notorious for errors in their specifications. The actual weights listed for the KL4010 and KL4030 are the same. the total lift height is the same. they run the same pressure. I suspect there is an error in the listed specifications with regards to the height at which it applies. If you want to give yourself piece of mind, look up the cylinder sizes for all three loaders. This will tell you which has the best overall lift and roll back force. My guess without doing this is that the KL4010 and KL4030 is essentially the same loader with redesigned loader arms. The KL2610 is not in the same league. In addition to lift, you should consider roll back. Roll back force isn't talked about as much as lift, but it is very important for digging. When I went from a Kioti LB1914 to a Kioti DS4510HS. My breakout force went up 2.5x. My roll back force went up ~7x, and this was very welcomed. Again, check out cylinder length and diameter, whatever has the highest total stroke volume for each function (lift and roll back) will be the strongest for each function, since they are all running the same pressure.

KL2610:
Break out force at pivot pin: 2,110 pounds
Lift capacity to max height at pivot pin: 1,252 pounds @98.4 inches
roll back force: Not given

KL4010:
Break out force at pivot pin: 3,464 pounds
Lift capacity to full height at pivot pin: 1,835 pounds @ 98.4 inches
Roll back force: not given

KL4030:
Break out force at pivot pin: 3,464 pounds
Lift capacity to full height at pivot pin: Not given
Lift capacity at 59.94 in pivot pin height: 1,835 pounds
Roll back force at ground line: 1,763 pounds

Thanks for the detailed information and sorry I did not provide more myself in the original post. This is very helpful.
