Kobelco sk025 arm cylinder leaks

Hey all

Just got a older kobelco excavator and the arm cylinder started leaking, where does a guy source a rebuild kit? tried the local kobelco dealer and they said nothing is available. tried ordering aftermarket but the kit is way to big for my little cylinder. part #PV01V00010R300 any suggestions would be great

Take the cylinder apart and head to your nearest competent hydraulic repair shop. All those parts are avail individually. I work on obsolete cylinders routinely so don't let anyone tell you differently but you will have to completely disassemble (including untorquing the hyd rod nut). Make sure you get a new rod gland DU bushing too.
