Komatsu D20/21 Engines

I am getting close to buying a D20-5 or a D21-7 from a fellow member. The D21-7 engine has Komatsu tags but looks like a yanmar engine and this is not the first time I heard/read this. The D20-5, which is older has the fuel pump etc..on the opposite side. Can anyone confirm what these have. Both run good and will do the job. Just curious.
