KTAC Insurance Renewal Notice Issue

I wanted to pass this along in case anyone else has their KTAC insurance renewal due this month. I received a call from a lady at KTAC and she asked if I had received my renewal notice yet. I informed her that I hadn't and she stated that they had some issues sending them out and that my renewal was due next week. After confirming she was really from KTAC and knew all of my personal information, to include the serial number of my tractor, I submitted my payment.

If you think your renewal is due soon and haven't received a notice, you may want to give KTAC a call before your insurance expires.

I just renewed mine. The notice came about 30 days in advance. No problems here.
