Flail Mower Kuboat Flail Mower

I am looking at buying a used Kubota flail mower, model 3648. Does anyone know anything about these mowers? I called my local dealer and asked them what they could tell me and if they could get parts. They did not know anything and could not find a parts listing, but I don't always put a lot of faith in everything that they come up with. Mainly I want to know if this is a decent mower and if I can get parts for it.
