Kubota 1153 loader valve sticking in curl when put into float?

It's been very cold and likely not above freezing here for nearly two months. My Kubota M5040's FEL valve sticks as if it was ice on the pilot valve(s). This causes the bucket to continue to curl when placed in float. My hand is off the lever. I am hoping that a thaw will bear my hypothesis out. If anyone has has a similar problem, please chime in.
