Kubota 1985 L2250 rear wheel questions

The rear wheel of my wife's 1985 Kubota L2250 has rusted pinholes and the wheel edges are damaged/rusted. Tire goes flat. Have welded some holes in wheel, but am thinking about replacing the wheel.

Looking for advice as to where I might find a used one for sale?
Or advice about finding a new one at an affordable price?

Rear tire size is "11.2-24"
