Kubota 3901 new clutch and won’t move

Have a 2018 Kubota L 3901. Had a new clutch installed. Put it in gear and let out on the clutch and it won’t move. Is there an adjustment besides the clutch rod that I can adjust?

Do you have any free play in the clutch pedal? Should have about 1" of free play before it starts disengaging the clutch. Also, was this work done by the dealer? Did it leave the dealer that way? Or did you do it yourself?
