Kubota 4760 won't turn over

I was using my 4760 kubota yesterday and it was running fine .. I shut it down and now when I hop in and try to start it it will not even crank over. I checked pto and it's off all switches are in the normal position to start.. I tried boosting it as well to ensure the battery is good. It sounds like a fuel pump is ticking with the key on . Any one have any ideas.. It had some emission problems last year and they fixed it all up.. It only has 26 hours on it very frustrating. My father had the emission problem with it last year and I don't know if it did the same thing then as he has since passed away.. I just want to make sure I'm not missing something simple?

First, wiggle HST treadle with your foot to make sure it's centered. If that doesn't help, then play with it a little in each direction to see if that allows the tractor to start.

Check any of the safety switches that are needed to start. On my L3200, the clutch needs to be pushed in to start and the HST treadle must be centered. So those are the two switches I would check in my case. Other models are a little different. Basically, any of the safety switches that affect starting could be the culprit, either mechanically or electrically. They can be jumpered if wiggling them doesn't resolve.

Also check to make sure the PTO is in neutral. If the PTO lever is slightly out of position it will not start.

I have checked all that and still no go.. There is a red exclamation mark in a triangle flashing in dash.. Not sure what that is telling me any suggestions
