After working in some thick brush the FEL will not raise or lower when the 3p
hitch is fully raised. If I push the lift lever down about 1/2 way the FEL with work properly. If the 3p hitch is raised fully the FEL will only lower by pushing the FEL lever all the way forward to the float position. Then when I try to lift the FEL there is a popping sound from the FEL hydralic lines.

Try this first: Unplug ALL on the QD's (quick disconnects) that feed the loader and plug them back in. It is very possible one got snagged and is now not seated fully.

Check for something blocking the 3 point from going to full height. If it cannot get there and you have the control lever all the way up, the system will go into relief.
