Kubota AT70 Tiller - drivetrain/clutch system

Does anyone have information on the Kubota AT70 rototiller drivetrain?

When I last used my AT70 the drive wheels stopped turning. I couldn't figure it out at the time, put the tiller in the shed and am only now getting back to it. I bought the tiller used so don't have any of the manuals. Taking it to the Kubota dealer isn't much use because of the tillers age. Beside, their shop rate would make any repair equivalent to a new tiller...

Does anyone know were I might find service or shop manuals for this tiller?

Has anyone done any work on the drivetrain for this type of tiller?

Can anyone tell me the difference between a Kubota service manual that is labeled "Flat Rate Schedule" vs one that is "Workshop Service Manual"

I will probably need some type of service manual to begin working on this problem. Given the cost of the "Workshop Service Manual" I've found online I'd prefer to buy the most useful one first.

Flat Rate Schedule only tells you how much to charge for doing a job. The WSM is the shop manual that tells you how to work on it take things apart and put it back together. Between the WSM and the parts page online you should be able to fix it providing the parts are still available.
