I saw a "stump/root rake" on here and have a Kubota B20 with a 56" front bucket and am interested in learning more if anyone can help.
As I live in Arkansas and there are over two rocks around here :D and I do move gravel {varying sizes} from time to time, I'd like something that will hold up to that.
Any help is appreciated -- thanks.
Also, if anyone knows of a used bucket {I need to do some serious repairs on mine!} the part number is: 75580-59010.

I looked and could find nothing about a stump/root rake. Your FEL and bucket is not the best thing to use for digging up stuff. The FEL and hydraulics can, quite easily, be damaged by rooting around.

That said - there are two types of bucket edges that can improve bucket use.

Both can be called tooth bar. One has "fingers" the extend beyond the bucket lip. The other has triangular extensions. Look at "ratchet rake" for an example of this one.

This is my bucket with the fingered extensions.

Thank you for your response -- I'll check this out.
I could swear I saw one on here, but may have been somewhere else.

Enjoyed our B20. Did use a quick-spade on it and managed to smiley face the bucket. Straightened and reinforced with plates welded underneath.

Highly recommend the Piranha toothbar from BXpanded. Strengthens bucket and improves digging and grubbing on small tractors.

Do like the added benefit of the skidsteer attachment on the current B26.

Thanks - Smokydog. That's the name I was struggling to remember.

Piranha tooth bar

That yellow tooth bar in my post more than doubles the strength of the lip of the bucket. The tooth bar came with some clips. I guess for - easy on, easy off.

I drilled completely thru the yellow tooth bar and lip of the bucket. Used grade 8 - one inch diameter bolts for a permanent attachment.

I picked one up for my T25. It’s been awesome

FullMetalBucket - that's the creature I speak of. Looks good on your bucket. I've seen a Piranha attack a stand of brush. It did an awesome job.

Somehow or other I want to figure a way to attach a HD Piranha bar to the lower teeth of my Land Pride grapple. Around the close in yard - I use the grapple to grip & rip out stands of Buck brush. A P-bar would help hold what I grip.

My M59 came with a well worn but strong long bottom, high capacity skidsteer type bucket. Only 60” wide. Cutting edge worn 2” back more at edges than center. Have other buckets but learned to really appreciate added maneuverability and digging performance of a narrow bucket. The higher back guard would be difficult climbing over for a skidsteer egress but not an issue for a tractor.

BXpanded is about 10miles from the farm. Went to them to maybe get a custom weld in Piranha bar. Looked over pictures and measurements and made a custom, wider for bucket wear, piranha toothbar. I welded it in. Beyond my expectations how well this toothbar can clear brush and small trees! Pulling stuff out by the roots with minimal ground disturbance. Digging in hard ground greatly improved too. Far superior to toothed bars or buckets for tractors.

If you can sketch what you need they might be able to help.

Piranha markets (originally?) to BX owners, so they weren't on my radar for a long time. Last year I ordered a Piranha Tooth Bar for my L4060, and it has been fantastic. I graded a pole barn site, dug out and removed 20 cubic yards of trash concrete, and layed an equivalent amount of gravel. After all that, it barely looks like it was used at all.
