Kubota B20TL with 1000 hours

I am considering purchasing a used B20TL with 1000 hours on it.

It has the loader and bucket and appears to be in good used condition. It has R-4 bar tires.

Asking $7500.00

Curious as to what you guys and gals think of that tractor and that price.

I am looking for something big enough for light digging, grading, snow removal and some plowing, tilling and discing. I have a B6100D I have determined is undersized for my needs.

The only thing I might worry about is PTO HP, since you mentioned tilling.

The B21 which I understand replaced the B20 has 21 engine HP, but only 13.5 PTO HP. Will 13.5 HP (if the 20 & 21 are about the same) be enough to run whatever implements you want to put on the PTO?
