Kubota B21 Stalled while hand loading bucket won't turn over?

I was loading my Kubota B21 bucket by hand with field stones, the machine was running at a slow RPM. I loaded a "big" 70 lbs stone and the machine stalled. I tried to restart it but it won't turn over. I don't know if the loading s related or coincidence. Can anyone give me any ideas?

Might your PTO clutch lever have been bumped or jiggled out of position?
This happened to me a few days ago. The switch safety switch for this lever was barely making contact (or barely not making contact if it's a NO circuit) such that when I got off the seat the tractor was running rough..., until I discovered the problem.

I have loaded hundreds of stone by hand into my B21 and never had this occur, however it sounds electrical - there are switches on the Hi/Lo/Med circuit, then the clutch, and the PTO as mentioned.

I do notice when I drop a large stone on the bucket it shakes the tractor so if it just stopped I would think electrical first. If it sort of sputtered and stopped eventually then it could be fuel related - sediment getting knocked loose or something along those lines.

check the fuel soleniod and make sure plunger is out. I don't think this is the cause , but make sure feul end is ok. For sure you need to check the levers, HST pedal. IF the HST pedal shakes enough and seat switch not pushed down, it will kill. So rock the HST pedal back to neutral and move levers to make sure PTO lever is back all the way and the 2 seat switches are in place and depressed fully when seated.

It is just going on strike. It's trying to tell ya that it doesn't want to lift that much, take some out and it will run good for ya. You could also try talking to it nicely and see if that helps

275Ranger, "Won't turn over", does this mean the starter will not engage, as in no electrical power to the starter? Or does it mean the starter engages but the engine seems locked up? If it's electrical, it's likely a safety switch.
