thinking of buying a kubota
have been offered a kubota b2100(with fel power steering hst) also a kubota b8200(with fel no power steering also hst)
question is which is the better tractor the b2100 is a fair bit more money ,but is it worth the extra
I have used a tractor with fel and "armstrong" steering, it is bloody hard work.
Tractor data shows power steering is optional on the b8200. Price the cost of a power steering kit fitted and you will have a direct comparison with the b2100.
The b2100 is the successor to the b8200.
What are the hours on each?
I had a '93 B7100HST before my current Branson. If you're going to be doing much loader work or manuvering in tight spaces get power steering. If you're mostly doing straight ahead mowing it's not such a big deal. It was getting difficult to find some B7100 parts. With the B2100 being newer more parts should be available longer.
