Kubota b3030 lifting arms won't lift

I have been using my b3030 with a back to move soil, done approx 15 loads when all of a sudden while driving with back box up and fully laden the arms with the box dropped.

The lever won't lift, there is no power to the lifting arms.

Could I have overloaded the lifting arms?

Please can someone advise, many thanks in advance.

Driving over rough surface with a heavy load causes tremendous shock loads on the hydraulic system. My guess is, and it is only a guess, that either the piston or the sealing ring(s) gave up.

I hope you come back with what you find to be the cause and the repair. Good luck with it.

Check that the splines on the lift arm are good. If they are and you can move the arms freely up or down you'll probably have to take the assembly apart.

There is another current thread involving a Kubota three point. There should be diagrams of the system there.

Thanks for the replies, yes the arms can be lifted freely and then drop. Is it a sime job? I am practical but not a mechanic, if that makes sense.

Can't answer as to the difficulty of the job. Access seems good. Let us know how it turns out.
